How it works
One line, pasted once. Nothing to install on your computer.
-
Install Monish
Free on iPhone, no account. The app creates a private key for this phone.
-
Paste one line in your agent
Claude Code, Codex or Cursor reads the skill, saves the key and sends a first ping.
Set up my agent notifications with key an_7Q2k9fXbRm — follow https://monish.cc/skill/an_7Q2k9fXbRm
Example key. Yours is in the app, ready to copy or share to your computer.
-
Get pinged
Progress lands on your lock screen, results arrive as notifications, and questions wait for your answer.
What lands on your iPhone
Four kinds of messages, each with its own shape and color.
-
Progress, live
A Live Activity on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island, updated in place. Your agent can add a Stop button.
-
Done or failed
One notification when the work lands, green or red. Failures can still ring during quiet hours.
-
Approve or deny
Your agent asks before it deploys, sends or spends. You tap Approve or Deny, or type a reply in the app.
-
The numbers
Two to four figures: revenue, tests, totals. Kept live on the lock screen if your agent wants.
What to ask your agent
Once it is set up, say it in plain words. Your agent knows what to send.
-
“Show this run’s progress on my phone.”

Questions
- Is it free?
- Yes. No subscription, no in-app purchase, no ads. Each key can send up to 300 messages an hour, far more than an agent following the skill ever needs.
- Do I need an account?
- No. The app creates a random key on your iPhone. That key, inside the line you paste, is the only link between your agents and your phone.
- What reaches the server?
- Only what your agent sends: a title, a short text, a few numbers and the agent’s name. The server keeps it 48 hours so the app can catch up on a missed notification, then deletes it. Answers to questions are kept 24 hours. Your history lives on your iPhone.
- Do I install anything on my computer?
- No. No Mac app, no MCP server, no SDK. Your agent calls one HTTPS endpoint with curl, as the skill describes.
- Can I use it on two iPhones?
- One key per iPhone. A second iPhone gets its own key and its own line to paste.
- What if I don’t answer a question?
- It expires after the time your agent chose, one hour by default, and your agent reads it as a no.
